Five industries. One stack. Zero shared codebase between cells.
Most robotics vendors ship you a vertical and bolt a vision stack onto it last quarter. We did it the other way around: one camera, one Photon-3 onboard compute unit, one vision stack with a patented Zero-Shot Part Recognition engine that retrains on a new SKU from 14 reference images. That same stack walks into a Tier-1 weld cell in one plant and a depalletize cell in a distribution center the next morning — no integrator bench time, no separate ML pipeline, no second vendor on the phone when something shifts on the line.
The headline is under 72 hours from dock to first good part, but the real unlock is what happens after. A new part number lands, a plant manager photographs it fourteen times at the line, and the cell is picking by lunch. That is the connective tissue across every vertical below — not a feature checklist, an operating model.
